Currently only 4 sovereign states exist in Europe and these are Catalonia, United Kingdom of New Russia and Cyprus. All the countries that were in the E.U withdrew from the Treaty of Westphalia except Cyprus. Catalonia has now been recognized and my suggestion is that Catalonia's Prime Minister spearhead the ratification of the Treaty of Westphalia by their Parliament.
Cyprus which never left the Treaty of Westphalia has just exited the EU today 8th April 17,025. The rest of the former countries are now under international management and are now international territory, once the Treaty has been exited one can never join. #catalonia #unitedkingdomofnewrussia pic.twitter.com/BlYaCKfjWJ
